The Fest aims to promote and support small-scale, locally owned Himalayan businesses. Participants can showcase their products and build relationships with other like-minded business owners, all in an effort to create a meaningful ecosystem of budding entrepreneurs and make better-informed business decisions.
We have limited space, so reservations will strictly be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please confirm your participation ASAP.

VENDORS POLICY
The event organizing committee reserves the right to limit the number of vendors selling
similar items or services.Vendors are not allowed to sell any meat products. Packaged meat products has to be FDA approved.
The organizing committee will provide one table and a chair for each vendor. Vendors who
are accompanied by his or her friend or family, may request for an extra chair.Vendors are advised to set up by 9 am and open his or her shop to the public from 10 am to 4pm.
Vendors are requested to treat everyone with respect during interaction with customers,
organizers and with other fellow Vendors.Discrimination of any kind based on race, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual
orientation, age, religion, color, and disability are prohibitedVendors shall not engage in any activities that might interfere or disturb the smooth
functioning of the Fest which includes using a sound amplification system of your own.
Vendors who wish to play or to listen to any specific songs or music of his or her desire
may approach fest organizers and make a request.Ngatso Fest retains its copyright over the photos and videos taken during the event. Such
records are considered an essential product of our Fest which we plan to use for our future
ventures. Misuse of such records for any purpose or for personal monetary gain is strictly
prohibited.Vendors will be personally liable for all, or any damage caused to the property of Tibetan
Community Hall and to the property of other vendors during the course of their business.Vendors are responsible to clean up their vendor area of any garbage. Garbage bags to be
left in the available garbage dumps.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No refund after 30 days from the event date
Cancellation before 30 days from the event date; $50 will be deducted and the rest will be refunded.
Cancellation before 60 days from the event date; $20 will be deducted and the rest will be refunded.
Full refund minus 4% credit card fee, for cancellation within 24 hours. Ex: You paid $160. You will get $153.4 refunded.
