SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES

Shipping is free for any purchase that exceeds $100 within US territories. A shipping cost of $8.45 will be added for any purchase less than $100.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

A flat charge will be added for any purchase that requires a shipping to Canada area, according to the following weight:

• Less than 2 lbs: $20

• 2 lbs to 4 lbs: $30

• 4 lbs to 7 lbs: $48

• 7 lbs to 10 lbs: $65

• Anything above 10 lbs: $75

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If on any circumstances, if the custom requires any additional payment, the buyer is responsible to pay the due diligence from their own pocket. Ngatso is not responsible for any import fees.

SHIPPING DURATION

• Delivery times go into effect on the business day after you place an order.

• Overnight and Saturday shipping availability and order cutoff times are subject to change.

• Orders will be shipped either by UPS, FEDex or by the U.S. Postal Service.

• Please allow up to 4 additional weeks for delivery of all personalized orders.

• Our Flat-Rate shipping and handling fees apply regardless of order size or weight. In some cases, the flat rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs.
