  • Himalayan Musk Rose, Caraway, Nutmeg, Star anise, Ginger, Long pepper and etc

  • Prepare the tea by infusing or boiling one tea bag in hot boiled water for around two minutes. Drink it early in the morning or evening. Whenever the aforementioned signs and symptoms appear, drink it with a small amount of jaggery

  • Store in a cool, dry place.
