Loong Tea is formulated in accordance with the Tibetan Science of Healing. It helps calm mental unrest and relax physical discomfort. It also revitalizes the body and relieves upper and lower back pain. This tea blend promotes overall mental wellbeing, good sleep hygiene and a healthy appetite.
Directions: Prepare the tea by infusing or boiling one tea bag in hot boiled water for around two minutes. Drink it early in the morning or evening. Whenever the aforementioned signs and symptoms appear, drink it with a small amount of jaggery
Ingredients: Himalayan Musk Rose, Caraway, Nutmeg, Star anise, Ginger, Long pepper and etc
